Salary: Ј7,00 p*h + Bonus Location: Newcastle Start Date: ASAP Hours of Work: Full Time (37.5 hpw), candidates must be flexible to work between the hours of 9.00 am and 9.00 pm Monday to Friday, and 10.00 am and 5.00 pm Saturday.
It takes a certain kind of individual to succeed within a sales role. Your ability to get along and relate to all kinds of people will be far more important than any experience or qualifications.
The role involves cold-calling domestic customers with a view to securing a sale. The key skills required for success in this role include excellent outbound telesales skills and experience (preferably from a utilities background), customer service experience is desirable, as are strong negotiating skills and ability, and the ability to work to targets. Candidates must demonstrate an excellent telephone manner and keyboard skills.
The role requires committed, self-motivated individuals who display enthusiasm and the ability to work on their own initiative. Full initial training will be provided in all aspects of the product and services, ongoing coaching and personal development is a major corporate objective.
